Common Install Issues
We are getting many questions installation of the POS program as to why the screen pops up various questions of whether to save the newer version of a dll on your system.
The popup says, click Yes to keep the newer version, or No to install the one from CD.
The correct answer is YES to Keep the newer one on your PC.
Now there is something good about Microsoft. This insures that you do not break compatibility with other programs already insatlled on your PC that use the DLL inquestion.

AccuTouch 3.0 Released
On 4/5/2004, AccuTouch POS 3.0 was released to our retailers.
Over 1,000 retailers deployed the new release.
As of 4/9/05, there were only 36 support calls, which was well below the expected call volume.
